Perfect location near the Basilica and tapas bars. Well-equipped, clean, and spacious apartment for 4 guests. Great communication and helpful advice from the owner. I highly recommend this accommodation.

If I was being picky, the dining table top had some damage, but it didn't affect our stay.

the atmosphere there was quiet, will come back. we had a pleasant stay in madrid next to the cava baja and restaurants. marvellous location, 15 minutes' walk from an official residence, loved it. we could see garden from our window.

The location of the apartment was spot on! Right in the heart of all the tapas bars and just a short walk away from the beautiful Basilica. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to celebrate the New Year. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, perfect for our group of four. The owner was also very helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and even offering to store our bags after check-out.

While the apartment had its merits, there were a few drawbacks. there was no complimentary water or coffee provided, which was a disappointment as we had come to expect it from other accommodations.

Just loved the strong aroma of urine on the street, really set the mood for my balcony experience. And the AC unit leaking water all over the room was such a refreshing surprise! Such attention to detail. Like a true 5-star hotel.

Can't say I was a big fan of the lack of kitchen essentials and uncomfortable furniture. But who needs those when you have a leaking AC and the smell of urine in the air?

Within a short distance of the breathtaking Basilica and delicious tapas bars. Apartment had great city views and a terrace. Felt spacious and quiet for 4 guests.

The urine on the street was so strong that I couldn't open the balcony because it stank.

Spacious apartment with cozy living area, close to transportation, restaurants, groceries, sights, and shopping. Equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Great for trekkers and group of friends.

The apartment's location in the heart of Madrid is absolutely fantastic. It's like being at the center of a bustling beehive, with everything at your doorstep.

We stayed at an apartment in a great location in the heart of the city center. With Balconies In La Latina By Batuecas was within walking distance of everything we needed, including restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family, including our teenage kids. It had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher and clothes washer. We were pleasantly surprised to find it stocked with cleaning supplies and other unexpected items. it was a gem of an apartment and we would definitely stay here again.
